The Funatics were originally brought together in January 2009 by Bassist J.J. (Jumpin Jim), all the way from the USA, to present a band of seasoned, experienced and versatile musicians who have come together with a common passion – to play all your favourite popular music and classic pop-rock, from the 50’s to present day, for your enjoyment and entertainment.

The Funatics are one of the South Easts (UK) most popular working bands (completing 67 gigs in 2011 alone) with an extensive and varied repertoire; playing all manner of events including: weddings, private parties and corporate events, clubs, pubs etc. The Funatics specialise in ‘landmark birthday’ parties and 'private events' making every celebration special and appropriate. Wherever or whomever we play for, we are always re-booked.

The Funatics are fully public liability insured, completely self-contained with professional performance equipment, public address and stage lighting and are capable of playing small or large venues and events. The Funatics can provide MP3 music between our live performances to cover buffets etc. We dress appropriately for formal occasions.
